As major global events such as the FIFA World Cup approach Vancouver, the ability to detect behavioural indicators early, interpret crowd dynamics, and respond decisively is essential. This training prepares participants to operate effectively in complex, fast-moving environments, including stadiums, public venues, transportation hubs, schools, workplaces, and event spaces.
Participants learn how hazards evolve into threats, how behavioural cues signal intent or escalation, and how environmental and social factors influence risk. The curriculum covers behavioural indicators, threat and hazard mapping, crowd behaviour and panic management, communication under pressure, dynamic risk assessment, and coordinated response frameworks.
