Overview:

We are seeking a highly observant and professional Mobile Surveillance Operative to join our elite field operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering covert surveillance in a range of operational environments, supporting high-level security assignments across London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mobile and foot surveillance in both urban and rural environments
• Prepare detailed reports and submit video/photo evidence
• Follow lawful data collection procedures under RIPA
• Maintain discretion and professionalism in all assignments
• Work variable hours including evenings and weekends

Requirements:

• Previous experience in surveillance or investigative roles (military, law enforcement or private sector)
• Full UK Driving Licence with clean record
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
