However, as our leadership team took a closer look at the quality of training received by our own officers, we were dismayed to discover that it fell short of our expectations. We realized that the lack of proper training and support was not only affecting our own personnel but also impacting the overall safety and security of our clients.
This revelation sparked a fire within us to take action. We knew that we couldn't simply sit idly by while subpar training continued to plague the industry. Instead, we decided to take matters into our own hands and establish Ayotte's Recruitment and Training Academy.
